History of Hillside Catering

Hillside Catering is a thirty year old company, founded in 1979 with the purchase of The Hillside Restaurant by David and Monica Miele. The Hillside flourished and was soon known as one of Williamsport's finest dining establishments, providing Banquet and off-premise Catering services.

The Hillside's reputation for fine food and service was created through providing quality training as a priority to good service, along with buying the highest quality food and creating memorable menus for their customers.

Hillside Catering has continued its long history of quality and service. Our mission is to provide professional service and quality food to our customers at competitive pricing. Our customers are our first priority, and our staff is our greatest asset. We achieve our goals through training, planning and high standards.

We excel in off-premise functions for outdoor weddings, picnics, family reunions and corporate events. Our cooking is done on-site in our mobile kitchen, guaranteeing our customer the freshest possible product and highest quality. Our trained staff will provide a memorable event with the finest service available.

Our achievements include catering for 2 to 2,000 guests. Woolrich Woolen Mills, ABC / ESPN and West Branch Manufactures Association are just a few of our customers that we have catered to continually for over twenty-five years.
